Laboratory of Neurotherapeutics is searching for a part-time (~20 %) research assistant. Job involves various tasks supporting the research and basic functions of the research group. The group works in English.

Preferred qualifications and competencies:

• Knowledge of wet lab –protocols (western blot, ELISA, qPCR)
• Previous work experience in research or lab work
• Skilled use of spreadsheet and statistics software
• FELASA animal license
• Driving license

Laboratory of Neurotherapeutics studies the neurobiological mechanisms of action behind rapid-acting antidepressants. We are located in department of pharmacology in the University of Helsinki. You can read more about our research on our website www.neurotherapeutics.fi.
